PROJECT CONTROL FEATURES:

Establish a Forecast Final Value that will remain unchanged until the next Project Forecast Review (PFR).
Allows management to review the main elements of a project’s current financial performance against the original /current budgets and latest (Project Forecast Review) (PFR) and project final costs.
Generates the monthly update of the Monthly Cost Status Report (MCSR) as a download from accounting records.

Allows re-allocation among main cost categories resulting from changed project execution.
The system allows your company to attach all project related documents including Blue prints, Autocad, Excel, PDF, MS Word document….etc.
